I fix laptops and PC desktops whether it contains a virus, or it is running slowly as a result of not enought RAM memory then you will need an upgrade, I will charge you for parts and installation or if you have bought the hardware that you need or software that you need I will just charge for installing them for you. For parts and repairs all payments upfront because I have fixed laptops and PCs for people in the past that did not pay for my work.
