Registered Nurse
An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a committed Staff Nurse to join an exceptional care home service based in Bradford. As a Staff Nurse you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.
This special service is a friendly care home designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care. The dedicated team are offering person-centred care to residents and every resident will feel valued by our compassionate approach.
As a Nurse your day to day duties include:
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines – identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively
• Participate knowledgably and professionally to all inspection visits, ensuring your team is ready at all times to do the same
• Champion appropriate independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our residents physical, social and psychological needs
• Ensure you follow a rigorous monitoring and recording practice; documenting efficiently, and thoroughly all matters relating to residents and employees
• Understand the key targets of your host home and support the Home Manager in their achievement by promoting and practicing high standards of nursing care and ensuring staff and shifts are supervised in a smooth manner
An ideal Nurse must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
• Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essential
• Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
• Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
• Excellent organisation & leadership skills
• Effective communication skills
• Flexible, professional and committed to being the best
• Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of £16.50 per hour and the annual salary for this position is for £33,033. This exciting position is for 38.5 hours a week on Night Shifts only. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
